- 的 Bureau then subtracts its estimate of personal outlays, which include expenditures, 利息支付, 和支付, from disposable 个人收入 to get an estimate of 个人储蓄.
- 的 个人储蓄率 is calculated by dividing 个人收入 by 个人储蓄.
As currently structured, the U.S. Personal Saving Rate does not include capital gains from the sale of land or financial assets in its estimate of 个人收入. This effectively excludes capital gains – an important source of income for some.
